SHIPPING POLICY

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.

Free shipping: All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. No code needed — applied automatically at checkout.

Orders under $75: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package. If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, email us at support@fieldflexco.com.

Shipping delays: While we do everything we can to get your gear to you fast, delays can happen due to carrier issues, weather, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the carrier's hands.

P.O. boxes and APO/FPO: We ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses within the United States.

International shipping: We do not currently ship internationally. Stay tuned — we're working on it.

Lost or stolen packages: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us at support@fieldflexco.com. We'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
