Return and Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY

We stand behind every pair of gloves we make. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase

How to start a return: Email us at support@fieldflexco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Refund process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Email us at support@fieldflexco.com and we'll get the right size shipped out as soon as your return is on its way back.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Defective or damaged products: If you receive a defective or damaged item, email us at support@fieldflexco.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 24 hours at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Late returns: Returns received after the 30-day window will not be accepted. No exceptions.
